Residential Pick-Up Request

If our regular hours don’t fit your schedule, or your items are too big (or too many) to fit in your vehicle, we can help. Please keep in mind that time and fuel are two of our largest expenses. To help us continue offering free service, consider checking with friends or family to meet the minimums below.

Free Pick-Up Minimums (Warren County Households)

Standard Minimum: Free pick-up requires at least 12 items.
Large TVs Reduce the Minimum: If you are recycling a flat-screen LED TV larger than 42”, the minimum is 8 items (including the TV). (We do not accept old tube TVs.)
Computers Reduce the Minimum: If you are recycling 4 or more desktop or laptop computers (any combination), the minimum is 5 items (including the computers). (Tablets and phones do not count toward this.)‍
Small accessories: Cables, chargers, wires, etc. that fill a standard shoebox (13” x 7.5” x 4”) count as 1 item. For a different scale, a five-gallon bucket can hold about 4 shoeboxes full of accessories.
If You Have Fewer Than the Minimum: If your pick-up address is within Warren County and you have fewer than the required minimum items, a $20 pick-up fee will be requested once a pick-up time is scheduled (not now).

Pick-Ups Outside Warren County

For pick-ups outside Warren County, round-trip mileage will be calculated at 75¢ per mile from 813 College Street, Bowling Green, KY, using Google Maps. Venmo payment will be requested once a pick-up time is scheduled (not now).

Business Pick-Ups

Business pick-ups are free within Warren County, KY. If your business is outside Warren County, please call to discuss options. Depending on the quantity and distance, pick-ups could still be free. 🪩

Put it where we can pick it up.

It's probably best to put it in a box on a porch or under a carport. Somewhere discreet so the porch pirates aren't tempted. Because they're not usually the responsible recycling types. Make sure you let us know if there are any special instructions.
